Money-back Guarantee and Refund Policy

All Blumentals Software products are available for a free evaluation period. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license.

Money back guarantee

All product purchases, with a few exceptions mentioned below, are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Unconditional money back guarantee means that you can request a refund regardless of the reason for your request. Exceptions and limitations listed in this policy still apply.

Exceptions

Orders that include multiple products, multiple product copies or multi-user licenses (e.g. Small Business License) are not included in our 30 day money back guarantee and are not fully refundable. Such orders may or may not be refunded partially. Please for more information.

Each customer can receive a refund only once per calendar year and only for one product at a time. Full refunds are not possible for multiple product orders.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, please . In your message, you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product. Include your order number, name and e-mail address. The order number can be found in the purchase confirmation e-mail. You must destroy all copies of the software. You may be asked to sign a letter of destruction and return it (by fax or postal mail) before you receive your refund amount.

Once your refund request has been processed and approved, we will send our consent for processing the refund to our payment processing company. We will contact you by email to confirm the refund process has been launched. Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction within a few weeks.

Other Limitations

Payment processing fee of up to 17% of the order amount, any shipping fees (if applicable) and the price of CD (if applicable) are not refundable.

Blumentals Software reserves the right to change the terms of this refund policy and the money back guarantee at any time without a prior notice.
