How and when do I receive my version 5 upgrade?
Customers who ordered any previous version before November 2008 may upgrade to Screensaver Factory 5 for a special price and receive the upgrade information instantly after successful completion of the order.
Customers who ordered previous version between November 2008 and February 2009 are eligible for a free upgrade to the same edition that they have purchased. The upgrade information can be retrieved via our Full Version Replacement form.
If you have received a free upgrade, but want to switch your edition (e.g. from Standard to Professional), this can be done by paying the upgrade fee.
